Golf

Designed by Bill Coore and two-time Masters Champion Ben Crenshaw, Cuscowilla offers expansive views of Lake Oconee, towering Georgia pines and beautiful native grasses. Players are encouraged to walk the course in order to truly appreciate the game the way it was meant to be played in a scenic, unspoiled setting. There is putting green, driving range, pro shop and golf learning center featuring PGA tour instructor John Tillery are onsite.

Dining in style

Enjoy expansive lake views from the private restaurant, which includes a bar, poolside service, ample outdoor seating and a dock with boat slips to pull up and eat.

Pickleball & Tennis

Focus on fun, fitness and friendship at the four Pickleball courts and two har-tru tennis courts in close proximity to the locker rooms and Clubhouse. The Clubhouse includes a bag drop and staging area, new golf shop, locker rooms with lounge areas, day lockers and wet areas, Turn Grill, and a new outdoor plaza area with a fire pit.

 

Lake Life

Make the most of being at the lake by enjoying all that it has to offered. Largely undisturbed, the natural beauty of the lake itself is not to be overlooked. Enjoy boating, fishing, canoeing, kayaking and more!

Community Spaces

Cuscowilla offers a strong sense of community with gathering spaces intentionally designed to bring residents and their guests together. Enjoy summer nights at the bonfire pits, playing cornhole, visiting the playground, clubhouse, locker rooms, basketball court and pet park, while enjoying the idyllic setting. Known as The Farm, an open common space for residents and guests is maintained by the Garden Club. The POA provides mowing, trash pickup and water/electricity.

Garden Club at The Farm

Enjoy the quaint ambiance of flowers blooming in the community garden, which make a stunning backdrop for photos. Have a green thumb? Join in on the fun of gardening while building community.

Funded by voluntary donations, the mission of the Garden Club is to promote the study of horticulture and the love of gardening and nature. The club raises and harvests fruits, flowers and vegetables and hosts farmers markets. Recent projects include adding a new sod and flagstone patio, stone seating wall, planting a large American Sycamore tree, providing grading, drainage, barn butter and irrigation, adding 30+ new raised beds and a cutting garden with daisies, irises, zinnias, sunflowers & more!

 

Fitness

Build strength and stay in shape in the fitness facility, open 24-hours. It includes free weights, resistance training and cardio equipment.
